Jewish Federations of North America recently announced the third cohort of the Executive Accelerator, a year-long prestigious program designed to equip professionals in the Jewish Federation system with the resources, network and coaching to competently and confidently grow in their career.
Jewish Peninsula is proud to share that Jessi Malkin, our Director of Campaign & Community Impact, was selected as one of 23 professionals from across the country to participate in the program.
"Through this experience, Jessi will gain advanced skills in strategic planning, fundraising, budgeting and community engagement: tools that will help us continue building a vibrant, united Jewish Peninsula," shared Eric Maurer, CEO of Jewish Peninsula. "Jessi's selection is a powerful recognition of her passion, her talent, and the lasting impact she brings to Jewish life on the Virginia Peninsula."
Thanks to a generous investment from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation, participants will grow their leadership presence and capacities. The program combines monthly professional development opportunities, applied learning within their local Federations, site visits to other Federations to study leadership practices and organizational strategy, and both group and individual coaching. Upon completion of the program, participants join the Executive Accelerator Alumni network, affording them access to ongoing resources and continued learning and skill building.
