Crossing Delancey
1988, 1hr 37min, PG
Izzy is a happily independent Manhattan bookstore manager who isn't looking for love — until she catches the eye of two very different men: a self-centered novelist and the mild-mannered Lower East Side pickle seller her old-fashioned bubbie sets her up with through a matchmaker. Warm, funny, and full of New York charm, Crossing Delancey is a beloved romantic comedy about identity, tradition, and what we think we want versus what we truly need. Starring Amy Irving, Peter Riegert, Sylvia Miles, Jeroen Krabbe and Reizl Bozyk.
