Meet up at the J for fitness class every Monday and Wednesday! Bootcamp Fitness provides strength, cardio, core and flexibility training (modifications are always provided). Choreography shifts between cardio intervals, fun cardio “air” boxing with hand pads, bootcamp stations, strength training with dumbells and adventurous fitness challenges!
Participants need to bring water and a mat. All other equipment will be provided.
